Asfa Malik has been exposed to jewelry her whole life. In the Pakistani culture, jewelry is a rite of passage for young women. Although Asfa grew up in the States she has the keen ability to design jewelry that marries the Pakistani and American cultures.

Asfa has been designing and making jewelry since 1992 while attending the University of Wisconsin. She has always been an artistic soul, and while earning a business degree, needed a creative outlet. And, since jewelry was her first love, it was the perfect release. She began making jewelry for herself and then expanded to giving them as gifts to friends and family. Suffice it to say, they were a huge hit, so she decided to share these 'gifts' of nature with the world.
